By using Percio, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the app or purchasing a subscription.
By downloading, accessing, or using Percio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
Percio is provided for personal, non-commercial use to help you track habits, complete challenges, manage notes, and monitor your progress.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the app, or interfere with the service for other users.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Percio may offer auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features such as unlimited habits, advanced statistics, unlimited notes, and additional reminders.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
All content, trademarks, branding, software, and visual elements in Percio are owned by FE Labs or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these terms or use the app in a harmful or unlawful manner.
Percio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FE Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
