The short version: Snuglo is a cozy block puzzle game. We don’t
require an account and we don’t collect personal information ourselves. Your game
progress lives on your device. We show ads and offer optional purchases through
trusted Apple and Google services, described below.
1. Who we are
Snuglo (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is a mobile puzzle game published on the Apple App
Store. This policy explains what information is involved when you play.
2. Information we collect ourselves
None that identifies you. Snuglo has no sign-up, no login, and no
account system. Your settings, level progress, energy, currencies and achievements
are stored locally on your device and are not sent to us.
3. Information handled by third-party services
To run ads, purchases and optional leaderboards, Snuglo uses the following services.
Each has its own privacy policy:
- Google AdMob (advertising) — may process device identifiers and
ad-interaction data to serve and measure ads. With your permission (see ATT below)
ads can be personalized; otherwise you see non-personalized ads.

- RevenueCat (purchase processing) — handles in-app purchase
validation using an anonymous app-user identifier and purchase receipts. It does
not receive your name or payment card details.

- Apple (App Store, StoreKit, Game Center) — processes your
purchases and, if you choose to use Game Center, your leaderboard and achievement

4. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
When you first open Snuglo, iOS may ask whether you allow tracking to enable
personalized ads. This choice is yours:
- Allow ads may be tailored to your interests.
- Ask App Not to Track you still see ads, but they are
non-personalized.
You can change this anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
5. Purchases & ads
Snuglo offers optional in-app purchases (gem packs, hints, keys, “Remove Ads”, and a
Premium upgrade) and shows ads to support the free version. Purchasing “Remove Ads”
or Premium removes interstitial ads.
6. Children
Snuglo is family-friendly but is not directed to children under 13
and contains ads and purchases. We do not knowingly collect personal information from
children. If you believe a child has provided information through a third-party
service, contact us and we’ll help address it.
7. Your choices & rights
- Delete all local data at any time by deleting the app.
- Control ad personalization via the ATT prompt or iOS Settings.
- Depending on your region (e.g., EEA/UK under GDPR, California under CCPA/CPRA),
you may have rights to access or delete data held by the third-party services
above — exercise these through each provider, or contact us and we’ll assist.
8. Data retention
Local data remains until you delete the app. Data processed by Apple, Google and
RevenueCat is retained according to each provider’s policy.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a
new “Last updated” date on this page.
