In short: Makarayız Abi is a neighborhood brawler game. There is no account
and no login, and we don’t collect your personal information ourselves. Your progress stays
on your device. The game shows ads and offers optional gem packs through the Apple, Google
and RevenueCat services described below.
1. Who we are
Makarayız Abi: Ağalar & Divalar (“the game”, “we”) is an iPhone game developed by
FE Labs and published on the Apple App Store. This policy explains what information is
involved when you play and how it is handled.
2. Information we collect ourselves
Nothing that identifies you. The game has no sign-up, login or account
system, and it sends no data to servers of our own. Your characters (Ağa and Diva), level,
gear, scrap, gems, region progress, daily quests and settings are stored
locally on your device (iOS UserDefaults). Each character has its own separate
save.
3. Information processed by third-party services
For ads, purchases and optional leaderboards the game uses the following services. Each
has its own privacy policy:
- Google AdMob (advertising) — shows a banner on the home screen, an
interstitial at the end of a region, and optional rewarded ads (a free chest, or
doubling your offline earnings). To serve and measure ads it may process the
advertising identifier (IDFA, only if you allow tracking), IP address, device
information and ad interaction data.
Google Privacy Policy
- Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) (consent management) — in the
European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland it asks for your consent to
the processing of ad data and stores your choice.
- RevenueCat (purchase processing) — validates gem pack purchases using
an anonymous app user ID and App Store receipts. It does not receive your name, email
address or card details.
RevenueCat Privacy Policy
- Apple (App Store, StoreKit, Game Center) — processes your payments
and, if you choose to use Game Center, stores your scores and achievements (20
achievements, 3 leaderboards) together with your Game Center nickname.
Apple Privacy Policy
4. Ad consent: UMP and App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, Google’s consent form appears first, where
you can accept or decline personalized ads. iOS may then ask for permission to track:
- Allow ads may be tailored to your interests.
- Ask App Not to Track you still see ads, but they are not
personalized.
You can change your decision at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security →
Tracking. Every feature of the game works the same way with either choice.
5. Purchases and ads
The game is free to play. You can optionally buy consumable gem packs;
there is no subscription, “Remove Ads” or Premium option. Payments are taken by Apple —
we never see your card details. Rewarded ads are entirely optional; you can play without
watching them.
6. Children
Makarayız Abi is not directed at children under 13; it contains cartoon
violence, street humor, ads and in-app purchases. We do not knowingly collect personal
information from children.
7. Your choices and rights
- Deleting your data: deleting the game from your device permanently
removes all local saves (including both characters’ progress). You can manage your
Game Center scores through your Apple account settings.
- Control ad personalization via the ATT prompt, iOS Settings or (in the EEA/UK) the
consent form.
- Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR in the EEA/UK, CCPA/CPRA in California), you may
have rights to access or delete data held by the third-party services above — exercise
them through each provider, or write to us and we’ll help.
8. Data retention
Local data stays on your device until you delete the game. Data processed by Apple, Google
and RevenueCat is retained according to each provider’s own policy.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the game evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a new
“Last updated” date on this page.
