In short: Pozla is a daily photo challenge. You shoot a photo for the
day’s theme with the in-app camera, and your iPhone checks it on the device — your
photos are never sent to an AI service. Shared photos are stored in the EU (Frankfurt) and
deleted automatically after 24 hours, unless you are a Premium member and choose to keep
them. We never sell your data.
1. Who we are
Pozla (“the app”, “we”) is an iPhone app developed by FE Labs and published on the Apple
App Store. FE Labs is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You
can reach us at support@felabs.app.
2. What we collect
- Account: when you sign in with Apple or Google, a sign-in identifier
and, if you share them, your name and email address.
- Profile: username, display name, avatar (if you add one), the city you
optionally pick for the city leaderboard, and whether your account is private.
- Content and activity: the photos you share, your votes, comments and
reactions, follows, friends and follow requests, duels, theme suggestions, reports and
blocks, plus statistics such as participations, votes received, wins and your streak.
- Notifications: if you allow push notifications, your device’s push
token (APNs) so we can tell you when the theme opens or when someone votes for you.
- Technical: basic session and usage information needed to run the
service and keep it secure.
- Advertising: the advertising identifier (IDFA), only if you allow
tracking — see section 6.
Pozla does not access your location or your contacts. Challenge photos can only be taken
with the in-app camera; the photo library is used only if you pick an avatar from it.
3. On-device AI
Before a photo is shared, two checks run on your iPhone using Apple’s
Vision and Core ML frameworks: a safety check that blocks nudity and other objectionable
content, and a theme check that scores how well the photo matches the day’s theme. Photos
are not sent to any third-party AI service for this. A photo that fails
the safety check is not uploaded.
4. How we use your data
- To run Pozla: the daily theme, feed, voting, comments, leaderboards (overall, city,
friends, weekly and all-time), profiles and statistics.
- To keep the community safe: moderation, handling reports, blocking and banning
accounts that break the rules.
- To send the notifications you have allowed.
- To provide Premium features and to show ads in the free version.
5. Where data is stored and how long we keep it
- Your account and content are stored and processed on Supabase
infrastructure in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany).
- Shared photos are deleted automatically after 24 hours. Premium
members can choose to keep their photos beyond that (“My Memories”); those stay until
you delete them or your account.
- Moderation and report records may be kept for a limited time where the law requires it
or to protect the community.
- When you delete your account, your profile, photos and related data are removed.
6. Ads and tracking (ATT / IDFA)
The free version shows Google AdMob ads: a banner and optional rewarded
ads (for example, to earn a streak freeze). iOS will ask whether Pozla may track you:
- Allow: your advertising identifier (IDFA) may be used to show
personalized ads.
- Ask App Not to Track: you still see ads, but they are not
personalized. The app works exactly the same.
You can change this at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security →
Tracking. To serve and measure ads, Google may also process your IP address, device
information and ad interactions. Premium members do not see ads.
7. Service providers we use
- Supabase — database, authentication and photo storage (EU, Frankfurt).
Supabase Privacy Policy
- Apple — Sign in with Apple, App Store payments (StoreKit) and push
notifications (APNs). Apple Privacy Policy
- Google — Google Sign-In (receives your sign-in request; we receive
your name and email address) and Google AdMob ads.
Google Privacy Policy
These providers process data only to deliver their service to us. We do not sell
your personal data. We may disclose data to authorities only when the law
requires it.
8. What other users see
Your username, display name, avatar, shared photos (while they are live), comments,
reactions and leaderboard position are visible to other users. If you make your account
private, new followers need your approval.
9. Children
Pozla is intended for users aged 17 and over. We do not knowingly
collect personal data from anyone under 17. If you believe a minor has created an account,
contact us and we will delete it.
10. Your rights
- You can access, correct and delete your data. Your profile can be edited in the app.
- Delete your account in the app: Profile → Delete account. This
permanently deletes your account and its data.
- Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR in the EU/UK, CCPA/CPRA in California), you may
also have the right to object, restrict processing, data portability and to complain to
a supervisory authority. Write to us and we’ll help.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Pozla evolves. Material changes will be shown by a new
“Last updated” date on this page.
