Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or playing Makarayız Abi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don’t use the game.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Makarayız Abi for your own entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

3. Game content

Makarayız Abi is a comedy game. Its characters, enemies, places and dialogue are entirely fictional and are not a judgment of any real person, profession or institution. Fights in the game are cartoon-style.

4. Gems and virtual items

The game offers optional, consumable gem packs as in-app purchases. Gems, gear, scrap and other in-game items are virtual content: they have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be transferred and can only be used in this game. Payments are taken by Apple and validated through RevenueCat. Consumable purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or Apple’s policies; refund requests are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com).

5. Saves and progress

Your progress is stored only on your device and is not backed up on our servers. Deleting the game or resetting the device may erase your progress (including unspent gems); data lost locally cannot be restored by us.

6. Ads

The game shows ads through Google AdMob. Rewarded ads are optional. Advertisers are responsible for the content of their ads.

7. Acceptable use

Don’t attempt to reverse engineer the game, tamper with save files or purchase validation, use cheating software or disrupt how the game works, and don’t use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Disclaimer

Makarayız Abi is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the game.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms as the game evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
