Terms of Use
1. The service
Pozla is a social daily challenge app by FE Labs: every day a surprise theme opens, you take a photo that fits it with the in-app camera, and the community votes. By using Pozla you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
2. Who can use Pozla
You must be at least 17 years old to use Pozla. If you are under 17, please do not use the app.
3. Your account
You sign in with Apple or with Google; an account is required to use Pozla. You are responsible for activity on your account. Usernames that impersonate others or are offensive are not allowed and may be changed or removed.
4. Content rules — zero tolerance
You may not post, comment or otherwise share:
- nudity, sexual content, or any content that sexualizes minors;
- violence, gore, cruelty to animals, or self-harm;
- hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats or discrimination;
- illegal content, spam, or content that infringes someone else’s rights (including photos of people who did not agree to be photographed and shared);
- photos that were not taken by you for that day’s theme.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You are responsible for everything you share.
5. Moderation, reporting and blocking
Every photo is checked automatically on your device before it can be shared, and objectionable content is blocked. Any user can report a photo, comment or user and can block other users; blocked users’ content disappears from your feed. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules and may suspend or permanently ban the accounts responsible.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos you take. By sharing a photo, comment or other content in Pozla, you grant FE Labs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display and distribute it within the app for as long as it is live. Shared photos are deleted automatically after 24 hours unless you are a Premium member and choose to keep them.
7. Premium subscription
Pozla Premium removes ads and unlocks extras such as keeping your photos, extra shots, the past-themes archive and detailed statistics. It is offered as a weekly, monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price of your plan.
- You can manage and cancel the subscription in your App Store account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the paid period.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
8. Ads
The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob, including optional rewarded ads. See the Privacy Policy for how tracking permission (ATT) works.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using Pozla and delete your account in the app at any time (Profile → Delete account). Deleting the account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel it in your App Store settings. We may suspend or end accounts that break these Terms.
10. Disclaimer and liability
Pozla is provided “as is” and “as available”. The AI theme score is automatic and may occasionally be wrong; rankings are decided by community votes. To the extent permitted by law, FE Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be shown by a new “Last updated” date; continuing to use Pozla means you accept the updated Terms.
